The moment you select the tasty meats you want to cook at home and place your order on our website, we begin the process of sending our grass fed and pasture raised meat to you. The items are taken out of inventory so no one else can purchase them, one of our crew processes your order and we physically pick the items from our freezer. Your items are then prepared for shipping or on ranch pick up. Our order system also processes your charge, which then charges us a fee. Because we have already put the process of fulfilling your order into action as soon as you place that order, we WILL NOT offer a refund if you change your mind. It becomes your responsibility to pick up your order or pay to have it shipped to you. We know you wanted to enjoy our amazing meat in the first place, so please go ahead and do so!
