How does my order arrive? Orders arrive via UPS in a recyclable box packed with dry ice and a recyclable thermal liner. You will receive email updates to follow your package to your door. A notification will be sent when your order is prepared, picked up by UPS, our for delivery and delivered. Once your order leaves the ranch, UPS takes care of getting it safely to you.
